  • Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to bribery and corruption, including the UK Bribery Act. We also comply with the laws and regulations of other countries where we do business.

  • Due Diligence for Third Parties We conduct due diligence on all third parties who represent our company in any capacity, including agents, contractors, and suppliers. This due diligence includes assessing the third party's potential exposure to bribery and corruption risks.

  • Training and Awareness We provide regular training to all employees on the risks of bribery and corruption, and how to identify and report any suspected incidents.

  • Reporting and Investigation We encourage all employees to report any suspected incidents of bribery or corruption. We investigate all reports promptly and thoroughly and take appropriate action to remediate any violations.

  • Disciplinary Action We take violations of this policy seriously and may take disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, against any employee or third party who violates this policy.

Our company is committed to upholding high ethical standards in all our business dealings. We expect all employees and third parties who represent our company to comply with this policy and to help maintain our reputation for integrity and fair dealing.
